Karin BensingerIndividual, couples and family guidance with an Adlerian approach
Professional, compassionate Adlerian guidance for individuals, couples, parents and families. Warm and personal, in English or Hebrew, at the practice in Berlin or online via Zoom.

Karin Bensinger
I am Karin Bensinger, married and mother of two daughters. I graduated from the Adler Institute in Israel and have many years of experience working with children, parents and couples.
For the past seven years I have lived in Berlin, accompanying individuals, couples and families, including those going through relocation and adapting to a new life abroad.
My clients know they can "come in pajamas": an invitation to be authentic, imperfect, human. That is often where real change begins.

We have been working with Karin for a year, and it is one of the best decisions we made for our family. From the first moment the connection was quick and precise. She has a rare ability to be empathetic and attentive, while at the same time saying things exactly as they are, without sugarcoating. Beyond her amazing professionalism, she helped us understand how deeply real communication is the key to everything happening at home.
Karin is truly something special. We came to her wanting to be better parents, but we did not expect such a meaningful process. She enabled deep conversations we had not had in a long time and guided us through a profound journey, as a couple, as parents, as a family and even as individuals. She is always there to listen, advise, illuminate the way, and help us reach insights ourselves, all with gentleness, warmth, patience and wisdom.
Karin, with her warm eyes and enormous heart, has true listening ability and the gift of understanding exactly what I need without many words. She gave me space to feel, think and grow without judgment, always with exceptional wisdom and sensitivity. Her accompaniment changed so much for me. I recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent searching for someone truly special.
From the very first moment we met Karin, we knew we were in the right place. Her sensitivity, containing presence, broad heart, professionalism and attention to detail, the care and interest, the honesty and ability to see the light even when things are very hard. Karin always truly saw us and accompanied us faithfully along the way.
I have been working with Karin for about 4 months in weekly sessions, and there is no doubt this is a deeply meaningful process for me. The accompaniment is close, sensitive and containing, with an exceptional ability to truly see me, beyond what is said in words. In every session she knows how to be precise, to say the right thing at the right time, and to help me pause and look inward.
I warmly recommend our amazing Karin, who has been with us in recent months. Beyond her professionalism, she was deeply attentive and able to tune perfectly into our family atmosphere. She gave us practical tools and excellent tips we can truly apply daily, all with a warm, gentle, eye-level approach, without a hint of judgment.
